Stay in touch with your team on the go&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In this era&nbsp;of technological advancements&nbsp;and transformational shifts in the world of work it has become more common&nbsp;to work&nbsp;outside the office and&nbsp;see&nbsp;your&nbsp;colleagues&nbsp;(almost exclusively) on the screen.&nbsp;At least this is the case in&nbsp;our team!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may have our own&nbsp;schedule&nbsp;or&nbsp;live in&nbsp;different time zones, which means that sometimes we won\u2019t have our&nbsp;computers ready&nbsp;for a quick call or reply.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pc-tablet-and-mobile-app\"><em>PC, tablet and mobile app<\/em>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the&nbsp;best practices here is to, in addition to your PC app,&nbsp;install&nbsp;Microsoft Teams on your mobile device and\/or a&nbsp;tablet.&nbsp;This way you will always know what your Team is discussing even if you\u2019re on the go. You can use to share&nbsp;documents, communication with partners and customer and other&nbsp;purposes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reply-to-conversations\"><em>Reply to conversations<\/em>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Whenever&nbsp;your colleague posts a message in a channel,&nbsp;use the&nbsp;reply&nbsp;button to comment&nbsp;instead of&nbsp;starting a&nbsp;new conversation.&nbsp;Same way,&nbsp;update the existing posts with new comments in order to track&nbsp;team\u2019s activities, even if it was an old message regarding the same topic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-create-channels-for-working-on-specific-projects\">3. Create channels for working on specific projects <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Having worked with a great deal of customers, we couldn\u2019t help but notice that many organizations don\u2019t&nbsp;take the full advantage of channels.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s be honest, chances are you and your team&nbsp;deal with more than 3-4 topics&nbsp;in their work.&nbsp;And there\u2019s no need&nbsp;to create yet another team to discuss a new topic if it involves the same people.&nbsp;Try adding a new&nbsp;channel&nbsp;instead&nbsp;and add those members of your existing team that you need for this particular project.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At\u00a0nBold\u00a0we have 21(!) channels,\u00a0which lets us keep our conversations well-organized and easily tracible.
