According to the survey conducted by Gallup, 76% of employees experience burnout at least sometimes, while 7% say they are always(!) burnt out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The same study suggests that it not always has to do with long working hours \u2013 although it contributes a lot \u2013 no doubt about that. Unfair treatment at work, unmanageable workload, unclear communication with the manager and their lack of support as well as unreasonable time pressure are top causes of burnouts among employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The data shows that it\u2019s in managers\u2019 power to help employees improve their wellbeing.
